1. All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds of any kind. All payments made to Fork PDF for subscription plans, API credits, or other services are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Free Trial Availability

We believe in letting the product speak for itself. To ensure Fork PDF meets your technical requirements before committing financially, we offer a trial version. We strongly encourage all users to fully test the API, document generation, and platform features using this trial prior to purchasing a subscription.

3. Monthly Subscriptions & Cancellations

We do not lock users into yearly contracts; all Fork PDF subscriptions are billed on a month-to-month basis.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
• Cancellation will prevent any future billing cycles from initiating.
• Canceling a subscription does not grant a refund for the current billing cycle, and you will retain access to your account features until the end of your currently paid month.

4. Payment Processing

All subscription and payment transactions are handled securely by Paddle.com Market Ltd (or its affiliates), acting as our official Merchant of Record (MoR). Because Paddle manages our transactions, this strict no-refund policy is enforced at the processor level.
